Refunds, exchanges and faulty goods.

 

 

Refunds.

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order with Soul Junkie at any time from the moment you place your online order with us, up until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Just let us know that you wish to cancel your order within this time period by emailing us at returns@souljunkieclothing.com . You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods using the returns slip provided. All items for refund must be ‘as new’, in unworn condition with tags attached. You will receive your refund within 14 days of returning the item, or showing evidence the goods were returned. 

 

Exchanges 

At Soul Junkie we try to make choosing the right size as easy as possible with our easily accessible size charts and friendly customer service team, who are always available to help with sizing queries, however we do understand that sometimes a garment doesn’t fit quite the way you expect. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, just let us know within 14 days of receiving your garment by emailing us at returns@souljunkieclothing.com. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your wish to exchange, to return the goods using the returns slip provided. All items for exchange must be as new, in unworn condition with tags attached. All exchanges will be dispatched within 2-4 working days of receiving the returned items.

 

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that your Souljunkie purchases are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, we will provide you with a full refund. Just let us know that your item has a fault within 30 days of receiving it by emailing us at returns@souljunkieclothing.com. You will receive your full refund within 14 days of returning the item, or showing evidence the goods were returned. 

 

Additional Info from the Souljunkie team: 

 

-The cost of postage for returns must be covered by the customer, except in the case of faulty items. 

-Items for return and exchange must be ‘as new’, in unworn condition with tags attached (faulty items are exempt from this clause).

-We recommend you get proof of purchase when returning or exchanging any item.
